Welcome to Littondale Weather Station

Our station is located in the Littondale valley, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom

Based on a Fine Offset WH-1080 weather station, it broadcasts readings to the Internet 24hrs a day, at intervals of 10 minutes.

The weather station is in unmanned location and due to its remoteness sometimes goes offline due to power supply or communications problems associated with weather extremes.

The station is remotely programmed and controlled from Leeds in West Yorkshire where the technical team tries its best to keep it online.
